Pre-Owned Rolex Air King ref 14010 (2001 – 2002) debuted in the late 1980s alongside ref. 14000. This generation represented a more understated direction for the series by replacing all the precious metal models (two-tone included) with steel, time-only models. Both references followed the same Air-King recipe, featuring stainless steel finishes, 34mm Oyster cases, and date-less dials. The difference between the two was the bezel – ref. 14000 has a smooth bezel, while the ref. 14010 for sale here has an engine-turned-bezel. The smooth segments align perfectly with the hour markers below, making it easier to read the time.
